Forest adventure trail

Short facts

  • Heidelberg

The Forest Adventure Trail is a path for families with children to experience the forest playfully.

On the approximately two-kilometer-long forest experience trail, the name says it all. Small and "big" children are invited to experience the forest playfully. The idea is to take your time to feel, smell, see and hear everything there is to discover in the forest. Attention to detail gives the circular trail a dreamy look.

The path leads into the depths of the forest. Adventures big and small can be experienced here. Imagination can be given free rein and you can immerse yourself in the world of the forest with your eyes, ears, noses, and hands.

The forest adventure trail is also suitable for strollers.

The entrance is directly at the King’s Seat, which is easy to reach by funicular railway and by car. In addition, bus line 39 runs regularly from Bismarck Square to the King’s Seat and line 30 from University Square to the observatory stop on the King’s Seat.
