Beer tasting with a tour of the old town

Have you always wanted to know how beer is brewed? After a one-hour tour through the historic old town, you will learn everything from the world of beers from a master brewer. In the brewery cellar you can try three types of beer with a warm pretzel. Afterwards, a snack board, a master brewer's plate or hearty warm platters await you in the brewery, depending on your wishes.

Crispy suckling pig on sauerkraut, bacon and bread dumplings, braised veal fillet on seasonal vegetables, homemade spaetzle, fried salmon on leafy spinach, buttered potatoes, Mediterranean vegetable casserole with peppers, aubergines, zucchini (baked with sheep's cheese and crème fraiche)
