Moonliner Buses at night From Friday night to Sunday night or on the eve of public holidays, "Moonliner busses" take you every hour on the hour between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m. from Bismarckplatz to most parts of Heidelberg. The lower funicular railway starts at Kornmarkt and runs via Heidelberg Castle station as far as Molkenkur. From there you can continue with one of the oldest electric funicular railways to the city's highest point, the Königstuhl mountain. The Castle Ticket includes admission to the Castle courtyard, the barrel cellar and the German Pharmacy Museum, and the ticket for the funicular railway (round trip from the lower station to the station "Molkenkur" with stopover at Heidelberg Castle).
