A travel package to Heidelberg typically includes one, two, or three nights’ accommodation at a hotel, the HeidelbergCARD for the entire duration of your stay, and, for example, a sightseeing boat trip or a guided tour of the Old Town. The specific inclusions vary depending on the travel package.

Depending on the length of your stay and the hotel category you choose, prices start at € 150 per person.

Individual travel packages can be booked for 1 to 15 people. For larger groups, we offer special group packages.

Yes, you can also create a customised package. Please contact us at reservation@heidelberg-marketing.de.

You can pick up your travel documents on the day of arrival during opening hours at our Tourist Information at Heidelberg Central Station (Hauptbahnhof). If you wish, we can also deposit your travel documents at your hotel reception.

The following cancellation terms apply to individual travel packages:
27 to 21 days before the start of the trip: 20% of the travel price
20 to 12 days before the start of the trip: 40% of the travel price
11 to 3 days before the start of the trip: 60% of the travel price
From 2 days before the start of the trip and in case of no-show: 90% of the travel price
