FAQ

  • Individual travel packages can be booked for 1 to 15 people. For larger groups, we offer special group packages.

  • Yes, you can also create a customised package. Please contact us at reservation@heidelberg-marketing.de.

  • You can pick up your travel documents on the day of arrival during opening hours at our Tourist Information at Heidelberg Central Station (Hauptbahnhof). If you wish, we can also deposit your travel documents at your hotel reception.

  • The following cancellation terms apply to individual travel packages:

    27 to 21 days before the start of the trip: 20% of the travel price

    20 to 12 days before the start of the trip: 40% of the travel price

    11 to 3 days before the start of the trip: 60% of the travel price

    From 2 days before the start of the trip and in case of no-show: 90% of the travel price

  • You can pay by bank transfer, credit card (Visa or Mastercard), or PayPal. Cash payment on site is not possible.
