Marriage Registration & Booking Your Wedding Date
The official registration of your marriage must be completed at the registry office responsible for your place of residence, where you will need to submit all required documents. Registration is possible at the earliest six months before your desired wedding date.
Please note that we can only confirm and reserve your date once the Heidelberg Registry Office has verified that all formal requirements have been completed. Depending on availability, bookings are possible up to eight weeks before the wedding date.
Please also note that throwing rice, confetti or flower petals is generally not permitted.
