Bookings of 15 people or more are considered a group.

Whether a complimentary place can be offered depends on the hotel’s availability and the travel date. Your individual offer will indicate whether a complimentary place can be included.

The following cancellation terms apply to group packages:
Up to 31 days before arrival: 10% cancellation fee
30 to 21 days before arrival: 25% cancellation fee
20 to 15 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
14 to 7 days before arrival: 80% cancellation fee
From 6 days before arrival and in case of no-show: 90% cancellation fee
Changes to the number of participants are possible upon request. Any additional costs depend on the extent of the change and the time at which it is made before arrival. The minimum number of participants for group packages is 15 people.

After receiving the invoice, a deposit of 10% is due. The remaining balance must be paid four weeks before arrival.

Your travel documents will be available for you at the hotel reception upon arrival.
