Getting Married at Heidelberg Town Hall

The historic wedding hall is located in Heidelberg’s Baroque town hall at Heidelberg Market Square, built in 1701. The majestic doorway leading to the anteroom of the wedding room, furnished in original Biedermeier style, is just one element of the elaborately designed ceremony rooms in the town hall.

Art Deco, Art Nouveau, Historicism and Neoclassicism are the harmoniously combined architectural styles that await the loving couples in Heidelberg’s wedding room. With its domed ceiling supported by eight red marble columns, the room almost resembles a temple.
