Check-in is possible as from 13:00h and check out until 12:00h noon-time.

The reception times are from 07:00h until 20:00h and on holidays and sundays from 08:00h until 20:00h. After this time our nightauditor in our hotel in Mannheim will be always reachable throughout our telephone-line. He is equipped with all the information concerning free rooms as well as check-in procedures for this day. The nightauditor will be very happy to help you with any other question concerning our hotelrooms, reservation on the same day or payment procedures.
