The prestigious ADAC Rallye "Heidelberg Historic" is an absolute must for vintage car enthusiasts: whether behind the wheel or behind the camera as a spectator, it is "motor oil" for the senses as it takes you back to the vehicles of yesteryear.
The route is divided into two legs: the participants start with the Kurpfalz-Kraichgau stretch and make a stop near Hockenheim and also in Heidelberg. On the following day, drivers will cover the second leg, the Madonnenland-Zabergäu stretch. The goal and start on both days is the internationally known Car and Technology Museum in Sinsheim, which boasts around 300 vintage cars in its impressive collection.
A highlight is the stop on the Marktplatz (Market square) in Heidelberg. While the drivers relax in the heart of the Altstadt, the spectators may enjoy themselves and recall past memories.
