Golfing at St. Leon-Rot
Recently the golf club St. Leon-Rot near Heidelberg - internationally well renowned as site of the Deutsche Bank - SAP Open (last tournament: May 2004) - once again received the Travel Award of the Golf Journal as best German golf club. In April 1997, the first ball was teed off on the championship golf course "Rot". Three years later, the ground could be expanded by a second 18-hole course called "St. Leon".
